Roles & Responsibilities
Josh Talks is looking for a dedicated and diligent performance marketing intern. This intern will be a member of an early startup team working to develop a community-based ed-tech solution for Bharat. This position is for you if you enjoy consumer psychology, product marketing, and decoding how people act online.
- Creating and optimising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads (Search, UAC, Display), ShareChat, and others.
- Conducting A/B testing and optimising the return on investment.
- Assisting with the creation of Facebook Ads strategies, such as integrating in-app events, scaling campaigns, and so on.
- Working on ad copywriting, testing, and campaign optimization .
- Participating in critiques.
- Contributing to and using our growth system.
Requirements
- A strong interest in and knowledge of performance marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and in-app events, as well as how to use them to increase conversions.
- A desire to learn about and leverage how people act online.
- Possessing a developing attitude.
- A focus on industry best practises for performance marketing platforms as they evolve.
- Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, or any other programme that allows you to control the creatives is advantageous.
