About the Team
McKinsey Implementation (MI) provides our clients with ongoing, unique support to guarantee that they realize and maintain the full advantages of McKinsey’s proposed improvements. At every level of the project life-cycle, our implementation experts are involved from strategy through execution, keeping a strict eye on impact and sustainability.
Roles & Responsibilities
You’ll use your skills and knowledge to help clients transform their businesses by solving real-world problems.
You’ll work in small groups with colleagues and clients to set up and run a best-in-class transformation office and related performance infrastructure in this role. You’ll develop the strategies, capabilities, systems, and procedures required to achieve bottom-line results and maintain them.
On areas where implementation challenges are significant and driving change is critical to the successful fulfilment of goals, you will work directly with client leaders and front-line operators. You’ll be on site for as long as it’s needed during the diagnostic and recommendation phase of projects, working alongside clients through execution and capability building to enable speedy ramp ups, on-time delivery, and long-term transformation.
Working with employees at all levels of a client’s organization, you’ll ensure smooth transformation both during and after an active project, you’ll help improve the client organization’s leadership, implementation, and functional capabilities to achieve long-term results.
Location & Duration
This is a full-time 8-week internship with McKinsey Implementation and you will be based in our India offices in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Gurgaon, or Mumbai.
