Role Overview
The intern will support the day-to-day Allocations and SAP operations team, helping with case code creation, extensions, and updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee allocations, staffing changes, and roll-offs.
- Keep SAP records accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate employee-related updates, including leave and TOIL (time off in lieu) adjustments.
- Handle timesheet-related requests.
- Work closely with the Staffing, Finance, HR, and regional teams to process requests on time.
- Help resolve SAP-related queries.
Requirements
- Recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Sharp attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
- A collaborative approach to working in a professional team.
- A strong sense of ownership and a willingness to learn.
