Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner with senior hiring managers and business leaders to understand leadership hiring needs, pinpoint critical roles, and shape job descriptions for lateral leadership positions.
- Help develop and refine job specifications and competency frameworks for leadership roles.
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer dropout rates for lateral leadership hiring.
- Plan and execute strategies to attract senior and leadership talent.
- Create targeted recruitment ads and publish leadership job postings on the right platforms.
- Source and evaluate leadership candidates through resume screening, structured interviews, and direct conversations.
- Introduce high-potential candidates to hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Keep candidates informed with timely application updates to deliver a positive candidate experience.
- Guide hiring managers on compensation benchmarking and salary negotiations for leadership hires.
- Build and nurture networks across sales, IT, non-IT leadership communities, and the wider industry.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, leadership forums, and job fairs to strengthen employer branding and draw in senior talent.
