Roles & Responsibilities
- Strategic Projects & Special Initiatives: Focus on initiatives that have a significant impact and make a difference. Identify market trends, assess the product-market fit of new HR offerings, and introduce that novel, empirically supported viewpoint.
- Business & Operational Insights: Examine recruiting funnel data in-depth to find bottlenecks and enhance hiring results at the organizational level. You will create dashboards and reports based on KPIs such as offer drop-offs, time-to-hire, and candidate quality.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: To improve hiring TAT and streamline procedures from start to finish, collaborate with recruiters and stakeholders.
- Market research and competitor benchmarking: Be inquisitive! Keep us ahead of the curve in the HR game by researching trends and mapping out the recruitment environment.
- Strategic Support and Follow-ups: Participate in important internal meetings with the Manager of TA and HR, monitor follow-ups, and assist in ensuring that strategic priorities remain on course.
- Thought Partnership: Serve as a sounding board for choices on strategy, organizational structure, and recruiting procedures. Here, your thoughts will truly influence the results.
- To maintain candidates’ interest and alignment throughout the process, have frequent buddy catch-ups to guarantee a high offer-to-joiner ratio.
Requirements
1. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities (Google Sheets and Excel prowess = additional points)
2. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
3. Adaptability You flourish in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
