The HDFC Affordable Real Estate and Technology (H@ART) Program aims to promote partnerships between technology businesses and the real estate sector. H@ART is working with a variety of partners to implement strategic technological interventions that will improve the affordable housing environment. The programme aims to coach, partner with, and invest in real estate technology firms that help the affordable housing ecosystem achieve breakthrough breakthroughs and efficiencies.
Roles & Responsibilities
Market & Industry Research
- Conduct structured research on GIFT City’s financial ecosystem, including banking, asset management, fund structures, and capital markets
- Track developments related to IFSC policies, industry participants, and new entrants across funds, fintech, insurance, and global financial services
- Benchmark GIFT City against international financial centres such as DIFC, ADGM, and Singapore to identify competitive advantages and gaps
Regulatory Understanding & Analysis
- Study IFSCA regulations covering fund management entities, alternative investment funds, banking units, tax incentives, and compliance requirements
- Summarize regulatory updates, circulars, and consultation papers relevant to fund operations
Data Gathering & Synthesis
- Compile data from industry reports, regulatory filings, public disclosures, and primary research or interviews
- Maintain a structured and updated database of market participants
Stakeholder Coordination & Support
- Assist senior team members in preparing briefing notes, presentations, and research memos
- Support meetings and stakeholder engagement sessions by preparing relevant background research
