Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitoring and creating the District/State-level PC&PNDT (Pre Conception & Pre Natal Diagnostic Techniques) regulations process for the sale, distribution, and demonstration of medical devices covered by PC&PNDT regulations.
- Monitoring and creating District/State-level AERB (Atomic Energy Regulatory Board) regulations for the sale, delivery, and demonstration of medical devices covered under PC&PNDT laws.
- Establishing, reviewing, and consolidating Philips India Ltd.’s (HS) Regulatory Affairs activities.
