Roles & Responsibilities

A. Hiring and Onboarding:

1. Publishing and overseeing job postings via multiple channels.
2. Examining applications and resumes to find qualified applicants.
3. Setting up interviews and helping with correspondence with candidates, such as offer and rejection letters.
4. Assisting with new recruit onboarding by organizing orientations, producing documentation, and supplying information that is required.

B. Administrative Support:

1. Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality through the upkeep and updating of staff databases and records.
2. Maintaining HR files and filing HR documentation.
3. Helping with general administrative tasks to support the day-to-day activities of the HR staff.

C. Engagement & Employee Relations:

1. Helping to plan wellness initiatives, HR events, and employee engagement activities.
2. Answering routine questions from staff members about HR rules, benefits, and practices.

D. Data & Compliance:

1. Assisting in the gathering and validation of data for the administration of payroll and benefits.
2. Aiding in the creation of HR policy and providing support for surveys or research pertaining to HR.

Perks

Stipend: Rs.8,000 – 12,000 / month
