Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and current CRM and respond to incoming leads from Indian prospects within 24 hours.
- To schedule appointments with Account Executives (AEs) in India, call and qualify leads.
- Participate on AE calls to watch, learn, and efficiently transfer leads.
- Utilize resources such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others to investigate businesses and locate the appropriate decision-makers.
- Learn and implement tried-and-true qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC and BANT.
- Provide marketing teams with input on campaign performance, messaging, and lead quality. Learn how to confidently and clearly convey our value and pitch items. Monitor and predict your performance each week, and assist your team with reporting.
- Reaching prospects and assisting in the creation of an audience will help with both virtual and in-person events.
Requirements
- A college student seeking practical business experience, regardless of degree.
- Fluent in English and has outstanding communication abilities both in writing and speaking.
- Inquisitive, coachable, and prepared to take charge.
- At ease asking intelligent questions and conversing with experts.
- Eager to collaborate with a dynamic, goal-oriented team.
- Incredibly well-organized, meticulous, and capable of completing tasks.
- The ability to work various shifts in accordance with corporate requirements.
