Roles & Responsibilities
- Addressing consumer questions and giving precise details about our goods and services.
- Keeping records
- Working together with the marketing and sales departments to guarantee smooth communication and agreement on client requirements.
- Maintaining and updating databases and customer records using Microsoft Excel.
- Follow up on all documents with your partner.
- Exhibiting a high level of written and spoken English ability.
- Microsoft Office proficiency to efficiently handle documentation and customer relations.
