Roles & Responsibilities
- Set expectations and communicate with clients in a very proactive and self-starting manner.
- Coordinate with one or more POCs from external clients and make sure that every campaign request is handled promptly and with priority.
- Collaborate with sales teams to make sure the campaign setup meets expectations and respond to any inquiries about media operations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all internal and external operations-related questions (Process + Product).
- Have the ability to traffic and quality verify various kinds of campaigns.
- Oversee and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for both external clients and internal management.
- To verify campaign performance and contract compliance, create and evaluate reports.
- Investigate and fix all campaign-related internal and external problems.
- Report extremely technical problems to the engineering staff that go beyond simple tag troubleshooting.
- The ability to collaborate with others and operate efficiently is a must.
