Roles & Responsibilities
- Help with screening resumes and posting job vacancies.
- Organize interviews and interact with applicants.
- Help with paperwork and orientation for new hires.
- Participate in the coordination of training initiatives.
- Help in the upkeep of personnel records.
- Keep HR records and databases up to date.
- Help with responding to requests and questions from employees.
- Assist in resolving fundamental employee concerns.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
- Strong desire to study and advance in the field of human resources.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Time-management and organizing skills.
- A dedication to confidentiality and meticulousness.
