Roles & Responsibilities
- Support hiring procedures by advertising job positions and setting up interviews.
- Use Excel to gather and examine HR data in order to facilitate well-informed decision-making.
- Use Microsoft PowerPoint to create captivating presentations for training and development initiatives.
- Effectively assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Accurately and discreetly update and maintain HRIS databases.
- Help in organizing and arranging events and activities aimed at fostering employee engagement.
- Take part in HR initiatives and programs to improve the whole work experience for employees.
