Roles & Responsibilities
- Help with the hiring and onboarding procedures by finding applicants, setting up interviews, and creating paperwork.
- To keep correct records, manage employee records and enter data into HR systems.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
- Help with HR reporting and analytics by compiling information, examining patterns, and creating reports.
- Assist the HR staff with a range of administrative duties, including organizing, filing, and responding to questions.
