Roles & Responsibilities
- Help with hiring and orienting new staff members.
- Assist the HR department in keeping HR databases current and personnel records under control.
- Participate in the creation and execution of HR policies and protocols.
- Assist in setting up and directing programs for training and development.
- Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, such as report preparation and correspondence management.
- Take part in employee engagement programs and help with HR-related question resolution.
