Roles & Responsibilities

1. Use outreach and research to help find possible corporate and institutional clients.
2. Arrange for leads’ initial correspondence and assist with follow-ups via phone, email, or LinkedIn.
3. Under supervision, assist in creating quotes, presentations, and proposals for potential customers.
4. Monitor market trends for corporate gifts, research the actions of rivals, and write reports.
5. Work internally with the product, logistics, and design teams to comprehend customer deliverables and workflows.
6. Help keep track of and update sales activity, engagement, and feedback data in CRM systems.
7. Work with the account manager to assist with post-purchase client communication and basic client inquiries.

Requirements

1. A strong interest in customer communication, marketing, and sales.
2. Excellent communication abilities, both in writing and speaking.
3. It is advantageous to have a basic understanding of corporate gifting or B2B sales.
4. The capacity to function both alone and together
5. Mastery in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and presentation software.
6. Well-organized, meticulous, and willing to learn.
