Our 8-year-old firm, Rebel Foods (parent company of Faasos), is revolutionising the food delivery market by creating and operating the world’s biggest network of internet restaurants, which includes Faasos, Behrouz Biryani, Oven Story, and Mandarin Oak. In India, we’ve established 2100 internet restaurants across 10 brands in 30 locations in the last three years, developing a fundamentally revolutionary paradigm for building restaurants on the cloud. Roles & Responsibilities
I. Hiring and Orientation:
- Help with the advertising of job vacancies on multiple social media sites and job boards
- Review resumes and schedule prospective applicants’ interviews
- Assist with the onboarding procedure by organizing orientation sessions and preparing new hire paperwork.
II. HR Administration:
- Keep HR databases and employee records up to date.
- Help in the creation of HR-related paperwork, including employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies
- Assist with benefit and payroll processing
III. Training and Development:
- Help with the planning of workshops and training sessions
- Assist in monitoring and assessing the success of training initiatives
IV. Reporting and Compliance:
- Assure adherence to HR rules and processes and support labor law compliance.
