Roles & Responsibilities
- Talent acquisition: Help with finding, vetting, and setting up interviews for different positions.
- Onboarding & Induction: Assist in setting up documentation, induction programs, and the seamless onboarding of new hires.
- HR operations: Assist in the upkeep of personnel files, HR databases, and report preparation.
- Employee engagement: Help organize and carry out feedback sessions, surveys, and engagement activities.
- Learning and development: Organize training sessions, monitor participant attendance, and collect participant feedback.
- HR analytics: Create dashboards and offer insights on important HR KPIs using HR data.
- Support for policies and processes: Help the HR team update SOPs, rules, and compliance standards.
