Roles & Responsibilities
- Communicate with selected candidates through a systematic, milestone-based program from the pre-onboarding phase until the joining date.
- Oversee all planned interventions for candidates who are provided as per the timetable and work with internal stakeholders to ensure their implementation.
- Coordinate with HRBP, the hiring manager for operations, talent acquisition, and the onboarding SPOC to close any relevant action items.
- Follow up with applicants according to the topics and timetable.
- Analyze the candidate data that has been made available and make suggestions for engagement or process enhancement.
- To increase the offer-to-joining ratio, focus on early warning sign tracking, reporting, and conversion.
- Regularly work on program level reports with pertinent metrics
- Monitor all coverage of function involvement and indicate shortfalls.
