Roles & Responsibilities
- Voice-of-the-customer: Recognize and act in the manner of our clients – Be the voice of the clients, project their persona throughout the organization to all functions, including C-Suite executives
- Product marketing strategy: for already-available items, establish and iterate positioning, messaging, and own commercial price to create a revenue model.
- Go-to-Market Evangelism and the Introduction of New Products/Features: Create and implement a go-to-market plan in cross-collaboration with the sales, growth, brand, and operations teams to meet product adoption goals. Enable visually appealing and compelling client persona-specific solution stories that address unique company demands. Motivate teams with GTM objectives and sales plays
- Product Roadmap Strategy Influence: Be the customer’s voice, exert influence over product decision-makers, keep the competitive environment fresh, and affect decision-making
- Sales Enablement: Provide sales and business teams with persona-based content, product demos and explainers, and industry sector fitment in addition to designing and implementing sales kits and collaterals that encourage selling and adoption.
