Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sourcing Candidates: Actively searching for potential job candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks
2. Coordinating Interviews: Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
3. Conducting Interviews: Conduct initial phone or in-person interviews to assess a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization
