Roles & Responsibilities
1. Assist in analyzing HR data including employee performance, turnover rates, and recruitment metrics, to identify trends and patterns
2. Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement data-driven strategies and initiatives that align with organizational goals
3. Use advanced Excel functions and formulas to create and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and visualizations for data-driven decision-making
4. Help in conducting statistical analyses to support HR projects, such as employee engagement surveys or diversity and inclusion initiatives
5. Support the design and implementation of HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and processes
6. Assist in researching and staying up to date on industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics to suggest innovative solutions
7. Communicate findings and recommendations to HR stakeholders through clear and concise presentations, reports, and written communication
