Roles & Responsibilities
1. Handle day to day administrative task/activities
2. Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, documents etc. and other coordination duties
3. Organized and Perform ad-hoc job related duties when assigned
4. Improve administration efficiency.
5. Maintain records on Smartsheet
Requirements
1. Diligent, organized and meticulous
2. Thrives in a fast pace, constantly changing environment
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Has a good eye for detail
5. Is responsible and dependable
6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Docs and Sheets preferable
7. Willing to learn
