Roles & Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to elicit and document project requirements
2. Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather insights and understand business needs
3. Translate high-level business objectives into detailed functional and technical requirements
4. Create clear and concise requirement documents, user stories, use cases, and process flows
5. Ensure that requirements are well-defined, complete, and accurately reflect client expectations
6. Assist development teams in understanding requirements and provide clarifications as needed
7. Participate in solution design discussions to ensure alignment with documented requirements
8. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and quality assurance, to ensure a shared understanding of requirements
9. Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
10. Review developed solutions against documented requirements to identify any deviations
11. Participate in user acceptance testing to validate that the solutions meet end-users needs
12. Analyze and address potential issues or conflicts in requirements, seeking resolutions through collaboration
13. Seek to expand knowledge of industry best practices, requirement-gathering methodologies, and development processes
14. Embrace opportunities for continuous learning and professional development

Perks
Stipend: Rs.18,000 – 20,000 / month
