Roles & Responsibilities
The individual will be responsible for preparing MIS, support buyer & billing materials and services, scrap disposal along with inventory management at store.
Internal – Regularly interact with the other departments for understanding their requirements on PR’s raised and support buyers on converting PO.
External – Interact with the vendors and arrange details on price comparison along with other details as per process and ensuring timely deliveries and an efficient payment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increasing the internal customer’s satisfaction index – 20%
- Reduction in lead time for payments – 25%
- Reduction of TAT on materials deliver. – 25%
- Power point presentation. – 15%
- Store process improvement and inventory optimization – 15%
