Roles & Responsibilities

As an Omni business leader, providing clients with an amazing experience across all channels
Saying hello, grinning, and interacting with clients to learn about their needs
Making use of omnichannel channels to market goods and services that satisfy consumer demands
Helping in-store customers use digital channels to increase their selection
Keeping abreast with Decathlon’s offerings, services, and goods across all channels
Making sure my sport has the best possible offer, display, and accessibility
Ensuring the safety of team members and customers in-store, including data protection, stock storage, and product handling
Choosing the best deal to give customers appropriate goods and services
Making sure that stock levels are acceptable and forecasting business based on trends and seasonality
Creating an engaging layout with powerful visual merchandising techniques to increase sales
Gaining proficiency with the tools needed to provide people with excellent offerings, displays, and availability
Improving my sport’s local omnichannel performance
Overseeing the sports category and striving to guarantee its expansion and heightened market presence
Creating a sports community and serving as a sports ambassador to increase user and customer engagement
Forming alliances with appropriate partners to provide playgrounds, workshops, and events to assist clients in participating in sports
Using information gathered from omnichannel platforms to inform data-driven decisions
Conserving resources by using sustainable methods including eco-mobility and garbage disposal, as well as efficient site management
Increasing sales of environmentally friendly products to encourage sustainability
