Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure a self-driven strategy by proactively managing client communications and establishing clear expectations.
- Prioritize and quickly respond to campaign requests in coordination with one or more external client points of contact (POCs).
- Closely collaborate with sales teams to address any media operations questions and ensure campaign settings meet expectations.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external clients about operations (both process and product).
- Traffic all kinds of campaigns, making sure they are executed correctly and carrying out quality checks.
- Keep up-to-date weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for clients and internal management.
- Produce and evaluate performance reports to track the success of campaigns and verify contract adherence.
- Investigate and fix any problems pertaining to the campaign for internal and external stakeholders.
