Roles & Responsibilities
- Answer questions from Learners, Category teams, and internal teams on the category in a timely and courteous manner.
- Aim for high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by providing efficient answers to questions and making sure they are resolved quickly.
- To completely comprehend the essence of the questions and offer suitable solutions or advice, gather pertinent information.
- Work together to find solutions for category-related problems with cross-functional teams, such as sales, category, and business teams.
- To find trends, patterns, and opportunities within certain categories, do analysis and study.
- Keep abreast on new goal/batch launches, promotions, and offers pertaining to certain categories.
