1. Understanding human resource function and key metrics
2. Collaborating with internal team members in enhancing employee engagement via talent management interventions
3. Contributing to day-to-day operations and ensuring assigned tasks are completed in a timely and error-free manner
4. Managing data
5. Working on the implementation of L&D projects
6. Conducting market research on HR best practices

Duration
The Snapdeal internship will be for a period of 3 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.20,000 / month
