Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system.
- Assist with the development and execution of customer engagement and retention strategies.
- Help with data analysis and reporting on customer interactions and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Clevertap is an added advantage
