Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist customers in understanding jewellery designs, features, specifications, and pricing.
- Support senior sales staff in handling customer inquiries and sales transactions.
- Develop and communicate product knowledge across gold, diamond, platinum, and precious stone jewellery.
- Assist in maintaining showroom displays and visual merchandising standards.
- Participate in customer engagement activities and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation standards.
- Assist with billing, product packaging, and coordination of after-sales services.
