Roles & Responsibilities

A. Customer Service

1. Greet & Assist Customers: Welcome customers warmly and assist them in finding suitable products.
2. Understand Customer Needs: Listen to customer preferences and recommend products based on their requirements.

B. Store Standards

1. Support Visual Merchandising: Help maintain the store’s appearance by following product display and merchandising guidelines.
2. Proper Product Handling: Handle products carefully and ensure they are properly organized and displayed on shelves.

C. Basic Operations

1. Learn Store Procedures: Follow company guidelines for stocking, housekeeping, and other store operations.
2. Assist with Cashiering: Support basic cashiering activities when required to ensure smooth customer service.

D. Growth & Learning

1. On-the-Job Training: Participate in training programs to develop skills and grow within the role.
