Roles & Responsibilities
- Helping to update and amend website content with Microsoft Excel
- Regularly performing performance audits to find and fix any issues with the website
- Working together with the IT department to apply the required modifications and improvements
- Tracking statistics on websites and producing reports
- Helping with website optimization to improve customer experience
- Resolving technological problems and answering customer inquiries
- Participating in the creation and use of fresh online features and functionalities
