Roles & Responsibilities
- Use Microsoft PowerPoint and other multimedia tools to help create interesting training materials.
- Organize seminars and training sessions, making sure that everything runs smoothly and that everyone participates.
- Work together with internal stakeholders to get input and enhance training initiatives.
- Make use of your interpersonal abilities to establish rapport with trainers and staff.
- Use photography and videography to record special moments during training sessions.
- Assist the team with administrative duties like scheduling, file organization, and data entry using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Use written and verbal exchanges with team members and outside partners to demonstrate your ability to communicate effectively.
