A pan-Indian brand, Chaayos is involved in the establishment and management of a retail business that sells a variety of goods and services, such as books, music, and coffee. It also runs and maintains a cafe that serves a variety of foods and drinks, such as sandwiches, cakes, pastries, cookies, and so forth, along with other businesses and goods.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Offer caf device hardware technical support.
- Address technological issues brought up by café employees via messaging apps, tickets, or phone calls.
- Investigate problems with peripheral device failures, hardware issues, and system connectivity.
- Keep technical records, such as problem logs, troubleshooting procedures, and resolution summaries.
- Write reports on technical problems, their causes, downtime, and their fixes on a regular basis.
- Help with system upgrades or hardware setup for new cafes.

Perks
Stipend: Rs.10,000 – 15,000 / month
