Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in managing bookings in the internal tool, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all bookings.
- Prepare various MIS and insights related to bookings, travel expenses, and related data.
- Coordinate with various travel vendors for bulk booking of flights, hotels, and mice bookings.
- Collect invoices from hotels and ensure timely payment and reconciliation of all invoices.
- Manage finances for our travel tools, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Submit invoices with the finance team on proper timelines and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with general administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Generating feedback and Audits.
- Cost optimization and arranging corporate deals
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in travel and tourism or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and PP.
- Knowledge of travel booking tools and experience with invoice processing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
