About the Internship

In this internship, you will have the chance to work on the ground level, tackling a variety of issues, making decisions, and seeing immediate results. You will learn about P&G’s world-renowned technology. You’ll also learn about P&G’s standards and procedures. Finally, via on-the-job experience, mentorship, and training, you will develop your own talents.

You are likely to be placed in one of the following functions:

Production – Packing

Conduct research about the loss of performance (on equipment, skills, organization).
Determine one or more critical initiatives to help the packing line meet its performance goals.
Methods for resolving technical issues should be established.
Systematize maintenance tools and apply production management software.
Work on putting new equipment in place and getting it up and running.

2. Production – Making

Make a performance loss research and analysis (equipment, organization, skills).
Ensure that various departments are communicating with one another (logistics, packing, projects etc.).
Create instructional programs for operators and team leaders to aid in their professional development.
Create tools for systematization, streamline processes, and standardize tasks.

3. Quality

Quality indicators and audits should be developed.
Contribute to the production (especially on equipment validation, process etc.).
Investigate “out of the ordinary” and devise a strategy.
As part of a versatile team, participate in workshops.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Executing stated plans with technical competence and discipline.
Ability to work together with others.
Capacity to evaluate problems and come up with solutions. Also, the capacity to innovate and utilize previous accomplishments.
Fluency in English is required.
