In December 2016, we acquired Encyclopedia Britannica (India) Pvt. Ltd. for publishing CBSE Textbooks. With this acquisition, Navneet will focus on serving the regional teaching and learning needs with supplemental digital solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Everyday Market Visits
2. Examine established brands and unbranded/unorganized competitors’ offerings, costs, and designs to determine what appeals to customers.
3. Using the information above, find any voids where a new brand could fit in.
4. Blue Ocean Strategy: Determine which features are most important to customers, concentrate on those, and remove any others.
5. The majority of research will be conducted by observation rather than surveys because customers’ actions differ from their perceptions.
6. Constantly visiting other towns, cities, and villages to interact with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and customers
7. Sunday and Saturday are workdays. A weekday will be assigned as the vacation day
8. A willingness to travel across India
