Roles & Responsibilities

Research on User Journey:

Use internal dataset analysis to map Skyscanner consumers’ booking patterns using MMT
A thorough examination of several markets, including those in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and other MENA nations
Recognize the main user triggers that influence users to select MMT over rivals.
Determine decision-making trends using flight characteristics, filters, etc.
Examine how Skyscanner stacks up against other aggregators.

Research Implementation:

Create theories on the behavior of travelers and the factors that lead to reservations.
Create and implement price tests to verify theories
Implement benchmarks for competition to assist with pricing and other projects.
Work together with the revenue and product teams to get cross-functional feedback.
