The firm has progressed from a solely online ticketing platform for movies over 6,000 screens to end-to-end administration of live entertainment events such as music concerts, live performances, theatricals, sports, and more, all to worldwide standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Find, target, and convert new business opportunities for activities throughout India.
- Managing and providing client support to all regional event planners for both regular and festival events
- Provide a smooth experience by supporting the do-it-yourself onboarding procedure for incoming event listing client leads.
- Effectively handle and resolve consumer concerns in an effort to lower the number of complaints and raise user satisfaction
- Assume complete responsibility for the accounts that have been delegated to him or her.
- Work with internal teams to make sure that marketing and promotional efforts are in line with event listings and corporate goals.
