Headquartered in Bangalore, Licious was launched in September 2015 by Abhay Hanjura and Vivek Gupta who sensed a huge business opportunity in offering prime quality meat products that were otherwise dominated by the unhygienic and unreliable wet market followed by frozen meat options which is an unpopular workaround for Indian consumers. Licious follows an end-to-end business based on the hub and spoke model that starts from procuring fresh produce to processing, storage, and delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Maintaining and compiling provisions data for logistics – monthly twice for logistics and weekly once for inward logistics
2. Handling MIS for channel partners reconciliation, fill rate, delivery and rejections (new task addition to keep pace with CP volumes)
3. Compiling in-transit temperature compliance for pan-India vehicle network (new task- required to monitor temperature at daily levels, which will drive quality compliance)
4. Supporting data analytics and metrics calculation for logistics and dispatch
5. Managing payments and invoice upload
6. Assisting in developing data tools for logistics and mid-mile
7. Working on program management assistance for logistics pilots pan-India
