Roles & Responsibilities
- Help in finding and interviewing possible applicants for a range of career roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Update the recruitment database and keep correct candidate records.
- Help with the creation and publication of interesting job postings on pertinent websites.
- Check potential candidates’ backgrounds to confirm their qualifications.
- Work together with the hiring team to find and apply process enhancements.
- Offer administrative assistance, such as document preparation and event planning.
