The goal of ixigo is to make traveler life easier by developing applications that streamline the search and booking processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture existing clients to drive repeat business and identify upselling opportunities
- Reconnect with inactive clients and convert them through targeted outreach strategies
- Promote and sell travel-related services, including flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas, and bus bookings
- Oversee client registration, activation, and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience
