Roles & Responsibilities
1. Assist in collating and validating data for monthly/quarterly L&D dashboards & EE initiatives
2. Manage program scheduling, content uploads, learner enrolment, and platform-related troubleshooting
3. Responsible for managing learning data, maintaining attendance and feedback reports of learning programs, and handling the administration of online learning platforms.
4. Providing support during training sessions, which includes virtual facilitated trainings and workshops.
