Flipkart is an Indian e-commerce company based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and registered as a private limited company in Singapore. Before expanding into other product categories such as consumer electronics, fashion, home goods, groceries, and lifestyle products, the company initially focused on online book sales.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Work on training and OJT of the newly hired batches
2. Work on floor support as and when required
3. Work on data management
4. Participate in other projects being taken by the L&D team during BBD
