Roles & Responsibilities
- Go to places and meet potential Delhivery riders
- Try to persuade the riders to sign up for delivery as riders by outlining the compensation and perks to them.
- Use outreach initiatives like flyer distribution and poster sticking to create leads.
- Assist recently enrolled riders in elevating and resolving their issues to improve retention
- Monitor rival prices and adjust partner pricing appropriately.

Perks
Stipend: Rs.15,000 – 18,000 / month
