Roles & Responsibilities
- Closely collaborate with the team members to ensure that the accreditation is planned and executed successfully.
- Focus on inventory control and logistics management for all supplies, equipment, and other goods.
- Manage and oversee the on-site setup of the event, making sure that the accreditation is planned and executed to a high standard.
- Assist in serving as the primary point of contact for the client with other third-party vendors prior to accreditation, making sure that all requirements are fulfilled on behalf of the client and the accreditation. 5. Focus on budgeting and prudent spending by adhering to the budget.
