Roles & Responsibilities
1. Work on drafting, reviewing, redlining, analyzing, and summarizing various legal documentation such as software services agreements, commercial agreements, channel partner agreements, non-disclosure agreements, memorandum of understanding, and software license agreement
2. Work on being quick to review/ type/ redline legal documents
Location
Bangalore, India.
Duration
The Cleartax internship will be for a period of 2 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.15,000 – 20,000 / month
