Roles & Responsibilities
1. Overseeing the manufacturing and sales staff incentive programs for all areas and businesses
2. Offering managers advice on eligibility requirements, the process for recommending incentives, incentive computation, etc.
3. Working together with business groups to add new plans to our system
4. Assisting managers during the recommendation process and answering their questions
5. Assisting with the administration and processing of incentive and recognition programs, including breakthrough awards, retention bonuses, and deferred bonuses
6. Regularly updating standard operating procedures and administrative plan documentation
7. Assigning more complicated issues to the right staff while managing simpler ones under direct supervision
8. Creating sales incentive plan calculation templates and sales incentive calculators
9. Analyzing exception queries on a regular basis and working with the business to find a suitable and practical answer
10. Looking for ways to standardize procedures and continuously improve them
11. Completing additional tasks as needed
