Roles & Responsibilities
- Review of errors/rejects from FDIC 370 process, annual certification validation and preparation of material for presentation
- Assist with ARM access request reviews
- Follow-up with monitoring user access of Deceased data exception transaction
- Report request/qc follow-up
- Intake request coordination/tracking for data/application changes
- Name outreach tracking/notification
Requirements
- Bachelors /Masters/MBA degree from reputed institutes.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications, sharepoint
- Ability to interpret and run SQL code (just becoming more and more important)
- Experience with Agile project management and deployment process
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong data input/entry skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, high attention to detail
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to effectively document and communicate results or status of work efforts
- Effective interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to interact and follow-up on items across multiple teams (ie. technology, business and internal to the department)
- Interaction with associates working on US timezones and/or onshore
Salary
14.08 LPA CTC (As per Glassdoor estimates)
