Roles & Responsibilities

You will be in charge of assessing and identifying individual instances of risk, more general risk patterns, and customer friction points, as well as building scaleable prevention solutions. To solve issues, provide operational efficiencies, and successfully meet high organisational standards, you will need to work well with business, CTPS, and cross-functional teams. In order to respond to a variety of high-impact business inquiries and proactively provide fresh insights in a clear and effective manner, you should be able to apply a breadth of tools, data sources, and analytical approaches. You will also be in charge of creating a comprehensive set of operational and business indicators, which you will use to identify areas for development.

You should have strong communication skills that enable you to independently resolve problems and convey insights to both non-technical and technical audiences. This is a high impact position with objectives that directly affect the company’s bottom line.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field of study.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience extracting data using ETL
  • Experience conducting large scale data analysis, regression, predictive analysis and experimental design to support business decision making.
  • Demonstrated success leading project/product delivery for large, cross functional programs
  • Demonstrated record of partnering with and influencing cross-functional teams. Experience working with engineering teams to define, scope and prioritize product requirements.
  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
  • Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience in Excel

Salary

10.99 LPA CTC (Based on Glassdoor estimates)
